Yoga Nidra Workshop

Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep, can feel a lot like a guided meditation. This workshop will use some restorative yoga poses to ease the body to help you rest for a Yoga Nidra.

We recommend to wear layers, bring a blanket and eye pillow. 

Benefits: Increased relaxation, better sleep, better mood, improved well-being and reduced pain.
