Self-defense with Shehan Willie and Misty Calhoun is not like any other. Their interpretation and understanding of protection is a lot different than others. They’ve been training in protection, combative and self-defense arts for over 20 years. Be prepared to work hard and take notes if needed. This class is appropriate for anyone age 11 and older. It’s extremely important to understand how to protect yourself and be aware of your surroundings.
