New moms in need of some direction, pre or post baby
Someone totally new to fitness and wanting to know where to start
The 6 week program Includes:
Pre-Program Assessment at Nutrition Seminar
Nutrition seminar - July 29th at 12pm
3 workouts a week
Post-Program assessment
Total program cost is $150. THAT’S less than $25 a week!
